  Building personal resilience and confidence is an effective way of helping to ensure personal well being and maximise one’s contribution to life and work. We work with individuals and teams to identify stress factors and potential strategies for building personal resilience.

  In addition, using information gained from the completion of the MTQ48, a high quality psychometric measure, we are able to assess Mental Toughness. There are four key components of Mental Toughness, known as the 4 C’s: Control, Commitment, Challenge and Confidence. This information is useful for coaching and leadership development clients to increase self awareness and provide personal insight and information on which to base targets for development.
